The future of the end

All the experiences have shown that a project can be finished in two ways: a) immediately or b) never.

But we propose a third way, which is:

1 - the owner of all the land should support this project, which may not be complicated, since the owner of every lot within this space is the “state” in some form (local government, county, state-owned company for real estate, companies in majority state ownership etc.); therefore, the first necessary condition is the political will;

2 - the political will should use its forms of government to adopt this project/ concept as a document;

3 - it should prepare the land (infrastructure, improvement, cleaning) to determine the real estate price;

4 - it should prepare a joint investment into common infrastructure and add it to the above price;

5 - it should determine the borders of the new locations according to the new plan and start the sale to interested parties;

6 - it should invest a part of the money into the Jugovinil factory on the west side of Split, where it could realize some significant profit, while it can use the rest to fill the state budget, which is currently small.
